Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping is £3.99 and shipped within 24 hours, during working hours. Your item(s) will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once your item(s) have left our warehouse.

As a customer, you are responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are not returned to us, especially for international deliveries.

Standard Returns:

All returns must be requested by email - info@kara-gs.co.uk

Only full-priced products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days after purchase. Items on sale are non-refundable.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all labels intact.

All return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please maintain proof of postage as we are not responsible for any missing packages.

Please keep in mind that we do not reimburse shipping.

Please wait up to 5 business days for a refund.

Faulty Returns:

Please notify us of any defective products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please forward any pictures of the defective products to info@kara-gs.co.uk

We will then analyse the situation and get back to you.

If we agree on the fault, we will pay all fees and provide a complete refund or exchange to the consumer.
